Hydrate plenty before you come in and definitely have something to eat so you are not uncomfortable. (Don’t worry we have water and snacks if you forget!)
If you would like to minimizing bruising, consider stopping Asprin, Vitamin E, Fish Oil prior 7-10 days prior to your appointment. HOWEVER, if you are taking these for medical reasons recommended by your doctor, please do not stop.
Avoid Alcohol intake for 1-2 days prior to your appointment

Our lovely receptionist will help you check in through our IPads or personally.
Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, earlier if you need to have numbing done for your procedure.
We will do our best to make sure that we see you on time, but if you are waiting please ask our check in staff for music, Netflix on our IPad or even a blanket to feel more comfortable!
Tea and water are always available!
If your injectable was done, ice will be provided by the staff. Please use on the area for 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off. If there is any swelling this will help to minimize that.
Arnica can be taken 2 days before to 2 days after to minimizing bruising excessively.
Products will be recommended by your provider and can be purchased on checkout. Have questions about ones you want to try? Definitely ask!
Excisions and Mohs surgery
Hydrate with plenty of water and definitely feel free to eat prior to your procedure.
Please feel free to bring snacks. If you forgot, don’t worry we have some!
If possible and it is NOT required by your doctor, please stop Aspirin, Vitamin E, Fish oil at least 7-10 days prior to your procedure. Do NOT stop your warfarin, or other blood thinners recommended by your doctors.

Want some distractions? Cold? We have an IPad for your Netflix viewing pleasure, music of your choice and a blanket if you need it.
We will do our best to make you comfortable, if you need anything please just ask.
We will go through all of the instructions with great care, however, if something does not make sense, don’t fret, we will write everything down for you to take home.
Please try and avoid strenuous activity for at least 2 weeks after the procedures.
Stitches usually will be removed 5-14 days after the procedure and we will always schedule a follow up prior to your departure.
You are welcome to resume your medications 1-2 days after the procedures.
